NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. Deposit Option Available: Paying deposit will secure your place for the selected training. For any training at City Gate Training Centre a minimum deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance of fees due is payable on or before start date of the selected training. Basic Health Care Assistant Training (also known as Support Worker) will provide you with a strong foundation and understanding about working in nursing homes.

This training will be delivered via live streaming. Available dates must be selected at the available option. No attendance at the training center required. 

One day of healthcare assistant training (introduction to Care Certificate) includes intensive training (up to 7 hours) + online assessment (40 minutes). If the candidate is unable to participate during the lifestreaming session, a class recording will be available for later review. 

A certificate will be issued after a successful pass of an online assessment.

Basic Health Care Assistant/Support Worker

This basic health care assistant training course is designed for people who would like to start a health care assistant career, but have no knowledge or experience in Health and Social Care sector. Also, this course is suitable for people who have had a gap in work experience due to different circumstances and would like to refresh/update their knowledge before applying for health care assistant vacancies.
